Dacia Hamster Hybrid 2011

This car is the next big Revolution of the auto industry because this is going to be the most affordable hybrid car in the world.

In these four pictures we could see that Dacia and Renault has put an electric motor on the rear axle making this car the most affordable 4WD car in the world.

Under the hood is going to run a small 1.2 liter gas engine developing 75 hp and 100 Nm.

The power of the electric motor is not known for now but it could develop over 10 hp.

The gearbox is going to be an 5 speed manual unit.

Same figures from Dacia have announced that this car will cost 10.000 Euros and have a 4 year warranty.

For now this car is in the prototype stage but in the next 2 years when it will come on the market it will become the most important car of this time.

We say that this car will represent for the masses the same thing that the ancient VW Beetle meant for the millions of people after the Second Word War.
