Ferrari 599 GTB Hybrid is comming at Geneva 2010!

The race toward a more sustainable mobility for our planet now involves every market niche, including dream car.

Maranello also falls into the fray, and does so with a hybrid version of the admiral, the 599 GTB Fiorano stronger mighty V12 motor maximum expression of the legendary Italian house.
The key to the project is, as often happens in Ferrari, the experience gained in Formula 1.

The 599 will in fact bears the hybrid KERS system for recovering kinetic energy during braking. We are also lithium-ion batteries and an electric motor mounted in the rear to ensure an excellent balance of weight.
This should ensure Ferrari hybrid performance and driving pleasure in every way overlap with the policy offered by the 599 "standard" while reducing power consumption by 35% in urban driving. Lithium batteries are recharged during braking and decelrazione.
